No codes exist

This game has no codes and no redeem button. The Roblox description once promised a free code at a like milestone, but the developer raised the target from 5,000 to 100,000 across June 2026 and then dropped the promise entirely in early July. The game is now past 116,000 likes and no code has ever been released.

How to play in 60 seconds

The core loop is simple; speed comes from fewer wrong trips.

Open stage-by-stage walkthrough

Read the spine

The title printed on the spine is the cue. Books are not colour-coded.

Search the finder

Type the title, category, or code, then walk to the result's floor and shelf.

Carry in batches

Grab everything headed for the floor you are on, then make one trip.

Finish a shelf

A completed shelf pays 2 Stat Points. Half-filled shelves pay nothing.

Cleaning with friends? Give everyone a job

A squad clears the library faster only when each player owns a role and a set of shelves. The planner assigns roles and zones for 1 to 4 players.

Open squad planner

Clean The Library squad strategy planner

Pick your team size and how many floors are open to get each player a role, a shelf zone range, and a hub-pile plan that stops couriers crossing the same aisle.

Plan your squad roles

Which floor and shelf does each book go on?

The book location finder lets you search by title or category to get the exact shelf code and floor for any book on the Classic Library map.

Open book locator

Carrying a stack? Work out the drop order first

The sorting order planner takes the books in your hands, groups them by shelf, and returns the route that crosses between floors the fewest times.

Plan your Clean the Library sorting order

How We Verified

We do not play this game. Everything here is taken from sources you can check yourself, and we say which one on the page where the claim appears. The shelf sections and book lists come from the Pro Game Guides map cheatsheet and allthings.how, which agree with each other. Gamepass prices come from the live store listing, and badge counts from the Roblox API.

Where the sources are silent, we say so instead of filling the gap. No source publishes book titles for the Grand or Starter libraries, names any individual magic ability, or lists the three-volume titles for the Meditation and Military shelves - so neither do we. Sites that do publish those are guessing, and several of them contradict their own tables.

Sort faster: round habits that actually cut your time

Once you know where the 16 sections live, most wasted seconds come from walking, not sorting. These are the habits that move the needle.

Cleaning as a squad: split the library, don't crowd it

Solo tips only get you so far. When three or four players land in the same round, coordination beats individual speed.

The slow version of a group round is everyone grabbing from the same pile and racing to the same shelf. The faster version treats the library as sections instead of a free-for-all. Give each player a floor to own, or a run of section codes within a floor, and let them handle every book headed there. On the Classic two-floor map that split is clean: one person anchors Floor 1 (1A-1J), another takes Floor 2 (2A-2F). The four-floor Grand Library gives you room for a player per floor. Either way you get fewer collisions at the same shelf and much less crossing paths mid-carry.

A couple of habits keep the split honest. If someone clears their sections early, have them pull for the busiest floor rather than start a fresh pile somewhere new. Keep one shared pile per floor so nobody walks to a scattered one. And have whoever is free re-read the spines on shelves that were just filled: with everyone moving fast, one misplaced title is easy to miss and it blocks the shelf from completing. When someone is unsure where a book lives, send them to the book location finder for the floor and shelf code, and use the full book list to divide titles before the round starts.

Frequently asked questions

What is Clean The Library on Roblox?

Clean The Library is a co-op Roblox sorting puzzle where players read a book category or code, carry it through the library, and place it on the matching shelf.

How many shelf sections are there?

The Classic Library has 16: Floor 1 runs 1A to 1J and Floor 2 runs 2A to 2F. The game also rotates a 1-floor Starter Library (12 sections) and a 4-floor Grand Library. Anyone telling you there are 31 sections numbered up to 2Q is describing a different game.

Are there active Clean The Library codes?

No. Clean The Library has no codes and no code-redemption button in the game. The Roblox description carried a 'free code at N likes' promise that the developer raised from 5,000 to 100,000 through June 2026 and then removed entirely on about July 8; the game has since passed 116,000 likes with no code ever released. Any site showing a filled-in table of active codes for this game is publishing guesses.

What should I search in the shelf finder?

Search a shelf code like 1H, a category like Horror, or a real book title like Sigma Studies. Results show the shelf code and floor.

What is the fastest way to clean the library?

Grab every book that belongs to the same floor before you start walking, so you make one trip per floor instead of crossing between floors for each book. Books are not colour-coded — read the title printed on the spine to work out the category, then place it on that category's shelf.

How do upgrades work in Clean The Library?

Complete a shelf and you earn 2 Stat Points, which you spend in the game's Magic Upgrades menu. Abilities are bound to keys 1-4 on PC and the D-Pad on console. Robux gamepasses are separate and optional - +5 Books is 49 R$, Max Speed 99 R$, Unlimited Magic 999 R$.

Do magic upgrades reset each round in Clean The Library?

No. Shelf-completion points and the Magic Upgrades you buy with them are saved to your Roblox account and persist between rounds and servers, so progress carries over even if you leave and rejoin.
