The three that are actually rare
Award counts are the honest way to rank a badge's difficulty, and they tell a clearer story than any tier list could. These three are the only badges in the game held by fewer than 10,000 players.

Roblox's description of No Magic Needed is "Finish Pro Mode - no magic allowed", so that is what Pro Mode restricts. The Grand Pro's description says only "Clear the Grand Library in Pro Mode" - we assume the same restriction applies, but Roblox does not spell it out, so we will not state it as fact. It is about four times scarcer. For scale: 1.75 million players hold the ordinary full-clear badge.

The game's own description mentions racing for the fastest times on a leaderboard. These three time badges are the ladder.

How We Verified
We do not play this game. Everything here is taken from sources you can check yourself, and we say which one on the page where the claim appears. The shelf sections and book lists come from the Pro Game Guides map cheatsheet and allthings.how, which agree with each other. Gamepass prices come from the live store listing, and badge counts from the Roblox API.
Where the sources are silent, we say so instead of filling the gap. No source publishes book titles for the Grand or Starter libraries, names any individual magic ability, or lists the three-volume titles for the Meditation and Military shelves - so neither do we. Sites that do publish those are guessing, and several of them contradict their own tables.

The Grand Pro, awarded for clearing the Grand Library in Pro Mode. Only 1,957 players hold it. The other Pro Mode badge, No Magic Needed, sits at 8,959, and the 8 Player Madness event badge at 9,180. Every other badge in the game is held by six figures or more.
What is Pro Mode?
Its badge is called No Magic Needed and Roblox's own description of it is 'Finish Pro Mode - no magic allowed', so the restriction is magic. The award counts show how much harder it is: 8,959 players hold it against 1.75 million who hold the ordinary full clear.
Is Ascend a rare endgame badge?
No, and this surprised us. Ascend has been awarded 1,768,773 times — slightly more than the plain Clean The Library! completion badge at 1,748,463. Practically everyone who finishes the library ascends, so treat it as part of finishing rather than a separate challenge.
Are there speedrun badges?
Yes, three tiers: a full clean in under 3 hours, under 2 hours, and under 1 hour. The 1-hour badge is the scarcest of the three at 121,864 awards. The game description also mentions racing for the fastest times on a leaderboard.
