Three real shelf sections, with the actual parody titles printed on their spines.
Floor 1. Books include "Server 0", "Sound of OOF", and "Shadow Player in Idle Animation". Neighbouring shelves: 1G (Obby / Parkour) and 1I (Economy / Trading).
Floor 1. Books include "Inflation of Virtual Hats", "How to Spot a Scammer in 3 Seconds", and "The Art of Scamming Limiteds". Neighbouring shelves: 1H (Horror) and 1J (History).
Floor 2. Books include "Tournament Arcs", "Ninja Chronicles", and "Mecha Warfare". Neighbouring shelves: 2A (Magic) and 2C (Meditation).
Each book location in Clean the Library maps to a two-character shelf code.
Every shelf has a two-character code: a number for the floor and a letter for the section within that floor. Shelf 1H means Floor 1, section H (Horror). Shelf 2B means Floor 2, section B (Anime). These codes are the backbone of the clean the library book locations system - learn them once and you can shelve any title without checking a guide. The book shelf map in the locator above covers all 16 Classic Library sections so you can cross-reference any code mid-run.
The cue you actually use in-game is the title printed on the spine. Books are not colour-coded, so there is no visual shortcut - the title tells you the category, and the category tells you the section. Some of the parody titles make that obvious ("Skibidi Research" is Brainrot, 2E) and some do not, which is what the finder above is for. The full table is on the complete shelf codes reference.
Floor 1, by some distance: 10 sections (1A through 1J) against Floor 2's 6 (2A through 2F). Floor 2 is the smaller job, so once your squad has the stairs covered it usually clears first.
This locator covers the Classic Library rotation. If you are in a Grand Library run, its sections are different and their section categories are listed on the map page, so read the category label on the shelf itself. The map identifier tells you which rotation you are in from the number of floors you have seen.
One current community video is embedded on every guide page for visual cross-checking.
We do not play this game. Everything here is taken from sources you can check yourself, and we say which one on the page where the claim appears. The shelf sections and book lists come from the Pro Game Guides map cheatsheet and allthings.how, which agree with each other. Gamepass prices come from the live store listing, and badge counts from the Roblox API.
Where the sources are silent, we say so instead of filling the gap. No source publishes book titles for the Grand or Starter libraries, names any individual magic ability, or lists the three-volume titles for the Meditation and Military shelves - so neither do we. Sites that do publish those are guessing, and several of them contradict their own tables.
Read the title printed on the book's spine. Books are not colour-coded - the title is what tells you the category, and the category tells you the section. Search the title in the finder above if it is not obvious.
The Classic Library has 2 floors. Floor 1 holds sections 1A through 1J and Floor 2 holds 2A through 2F - 16 sections in total. The game also rotates a 1-floor Starter Library and a 4-floor Grand Library, whose sections differ.
The Horror section is on Floor 1 at shelf code 1H. Books there include 'Server 0', 'Sound of OOF', and 'The Player Who Never Left The Tutorial'.
The number is the floor (1 or 2) and the letter is the section within that floor. Shelf 1H means Floor 1, section H, which is the Horror section. Shelf 2B means Floor 2, section B, which is the Anime section.
Use the Floor 2 filter in the book location finder on this page. Floor 2 of the Classic Library has 6 sections: Magic (2A), Anime (2B), Meditation (2C), Military (2D), Brainrot (2E), and Theme Parks (2F).
No. This locator covers the Classic Library. The Grand Library's sections are different and their section categories are listed on the map page, so we publish nothing for it rather than a guess.
